An audio exposure into the mind of an artist’s struggles of being alone during the pandemic.

The piece “Aloanne” represents the weird feeling of wishing not to be alone and at the same time wanting to be alone. Unlearning sociable tendencies is one of the consequences of the ongoing pandemic. Laura Zöschg wrote this piece as part of her solo project “Loa”, through which she processes daily thoughts and worries into improvised music and texts for a single voice or in combination with the piano or a loop station. The languages used in this piece are a South Tyrolean German dialect and English.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
