The quintet started their journey not too long ago, although everyone has met each other musically in different settings. Heykings 5-tet plays music of pianist Eduards Geikins, who has been in making for a while. Music is inspired by life, by interaction with people and places. Eduards is blending Nordic sound with colours of R&B and improvisation.
